Yellowstone Mud Volcano
This mud volcano is 40 cm tall and near the Yellowstone super volcano. It would make sense for that area to have mud volcanoes because the pressure of magma underneath would make pressurize the sediments. Meanwhile, the magma would provide enough methane gas to fuel the mud volcanoes. The thing that makes this mud volcano different from others is that it's not formed near a body of salt water, and it''s not formed over a deposit of fossil fuels, petroleum, or natural gas. However, due to the abundance of methane and high tectonic activity, conditions became favorable for this mud volcano to form.
